A Letter for the 17th President of The Philippines

Dear President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.,  

I am delighted upon hearing your election as the President of the Republic of the Philippines, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations and best wishes. Many of us Filipinos are hoping for a new and bright tomorrow, many are screaming and waiting for you to hear. Our country has been experiencing social problems, and it includes poverty. A lot of us suffered during the pandemic, but what more to those who are living poorly? They are waiting and hoping to reach your hand, dreaming and wishing for a help from someone.  


Students especially in public schools are experiencing unusual schedules for their classes, since public schools lack a number of classrooms. Some of them need to wake up earlier than 5 AM just to prepare themselves to go to school, some also go home later than 6:30 PM. Students who live far away from their school are the ones who are suffering, because transportation is sometimes hard to find. I honestly wish that this should be given action, every school should be given enough number of classrooms so that the students will no longer experience unusual schedules. We students have the right to study comfortably. We are hoping that you would here out these problems, Mr. President.


I am not asking anything for myself, but rather asking for the betterment of our country and for us Filipinos in general. I hope you hear out those who are screaming for help, and give them a helping hand they need. I know you have all the best intentions for our country and I trust in your capability. We support you, our dear president. Make our country proud again. Never forget, but will move forward for a new tomorrow.

2nd Phase

 The second quarter of this academic year was really challenging after surviving the first. Compared to the first one, it was very different. I felt that our lessons were a little more difficult to comprehend. I have to be honest and say that I haven't been performing well in some topics, possibly due to a lack of comprehension and concentration. However, attending class was still a lot of fun.  This 2nd quarter, I have felt how deep our responsibilities as students are.  We had a lot of activities to make, and projects we should finish. We had sleepless nights finishing our research, but, we survived. With our exams coming up, I know that it will be much tougher this time, but I know that we'll be able to pull it through again.
