Change Starts Within You

Change is an inevitable and essential part of life, encompassing personal development and societal progress. While many individuals crave positive change, they often disregard the crucial fact that change must commence internally. By acknowledging our own responsibility to initiate change and actively striving to foster it, we hold the power to bring about transformative outcomes. Embodying the values and behaviors we wish to see in the world can create a ripple effect, inspiring others and contributing to a better future for all.

Taking personal accountability is a vital step in driving change. It entails recognizing that we have the capacity to shape our own lives and influence those around us. By accepting responsibility for our actions, attitudes, and decisions, we reclaim control over our destinies and actively engage in the change we seek. Rather than attributing blame to external factors or individuals, we acknowledge that change begins from within and take ownership of our role in making the world a better place. This empowerment transforms us into agents of change who lead by example and motivate others to follow suit.

Change originates from an individual's willingness to embark on a path of personal transformation. By engaging in self-reflection, assuming responsibility, cultivating empathy, embracing continuous learning, and inspiring others, we establish the foundation for a more harmonious world through our individual efforts. Through introspection, we identify areas for improvement and growth, becoming catalysts for positive change in our own lives and communities.

A Decade of Dreams

Hey there! I'm just a 16-year-old girl with big dreams and an even bigger heart. Right now, I'm aiming for all the good things life has to offer. But when I imagine what life will be like in ten years, I can see myself living my dream as a nurse. I truly believe that I have what it takes to make this dream come true and find success along the way. And you know what's even more amazing? I can picture myself sharing this incredible journey with the person I love, the one who's been there for me through thick and thin. Let's dive into my vision for the future, where passion, achievement, and love intertwine to create a life full of fulfillment and happiness.  Ten years from now, I'm surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a hospital, wearing that cool nurse's uniform and a smile that's ready to make a difference. Becoming a nurse is my ultimate goal, and I know it won't be a walk in the park. But hey, I'm up for the challenge! From hitting the book...

2nd Phase

The second quarter of this academic year was really challenging after surviving the first. Compared to the first one, it was very different. I felt that our lessons were a little more difficult to comprehend. I have to be honest and say that I haven't been performing well in some topics, possibly due to a lack of comprehension and concentration. However, attending class was still a lot of fun.  This 2nd quarter, I have felt how deep our responsibilities as students are.  We had a lot of activities to make, and projects we should finish. We had sleepless nights finishing our research, but, we survived. With our exams coming up, I know that it will be much tougher this time, but I know that we'll be able to pull it through again. We survived the 1st quarter, and I know that we'll survive 2nd quarter and the upcoming quarters much better than we did with the 1st one.  This is still the second phase; it could be difficult, but we must all be patient and try our best. Mayo Uno, Labor Day

The first day of May marks a significant day for the Filipino workforce, as it is celebrated as Labor Day across the country. This public holiday is a tribute to the contributions and hard work of workers in various sectors, from manufacturing to healthcare. The celebration also highlights the importance of workers' rights and welfare, emphasizing the need for fair compensation, safe working conditions, and adequate social protection. Throughout history, workers' struggles for better working conditions and labor rights have been a global issue. International Workers' Day, also known as May Day, originated in the late 19th century as a commemoration of the Haymarket affair in Chicago, where workers were protesting for an eight-hour workday. Since then, the holiday has become a symbol of workers' solidarity and a call for social and economic justice. In the Philippines, Labor Day is celebrated with various events, including rallies and parades, where workers' unions a...
